RTF VS PDF
Many people mistake that PDF files cannot be changed. In fact, PDF files can be changed with ease, just like RTF and TXT files. You cannot change them because of the PDF readers. The software intentionally prevents you changing the contents, not the files themselves. The text boxes of the PDF readers are read-only. As a result, you have to buy the commercial software. For example, you have to buy the expensive Adobe Acrobat software in order to create or edit PDF files. PDF has its own disadvantages. Your colleagues and clients can hardly copy the formats of .pdf files directly, if they need to edit the contents. Some contents, such as tables and images, can be lost. Converting PDF to Microsoft Word is a terrible job. You stupidly send the .pdf files to them. Your colleagues and clients can be quite angry. RTF is quite suitable for distribution, although it is not suitable for fixing the layout. It has tis own advantages: 1.RTF does not contain any virus, spyware or adware inside. 2.RTF does not compress any data. 3.The files of RTF cannot be broken. 4.The contents inside RTF can be copied with ease. 5.RTF can be opened in various operating systems, and small machines. CE Reader™ has solved the problem of changing the contents mistakenly. From now on, you can use RTF as a standard file format. It will be wildly used in the upcoming future.
