Capture the Screen without Extra Software

 Many people do not know how to capture the screen. They just watch advertisements and buy expensive capture software.

  In fact, capture the screen is quite easy. Your keyboard has had a "Print Screen" key already. You can use it to copy the whole screen directly. To copy the activated window, you can simply press "Alt+Print Screen" key.

  Then, open Windows Paint, drag the canvas into a small area first. This step prevents exporting the canvas, together with your image. 

  Finally, press "Ctrl+V" key to paste the image inside Windows Paint. Definitely, you can cut the image through Windows Paint later, if just need a special area. 

  After finish, [File]--[Save As] to export the image. Note that PNG is the best. CE recommends you to use this format. Nowadays, all kinds of Web Browsers, image viewers and image editors supports this excellent format. It does not lose any color or information. 

  Meanwhile, you can choose JPEG format, if you want small file size.

  Now, you can capture the screen, without buying any software.
