About log off in Windows

  Many people are not clear about log off. They do not know the different between log off and restart. 

  In fact, log off is just a software solution. It exits all the programs and resets its default setting. This software is called Microsoft Windows operating system.

  Restart is quite different. It will cut off the power supply quickly. Then, it computer connects the power supply again and starts the computer within a short time. Definitely, the power supply can hurt your hardware. As a result, your computer will become old much faster, if you restart your computer frequently. 

  Usually, log off is much better than restart. 

  Note that log off has a special advantage. Many application programs have the problem of Memory Leak. In this case, you can log off the operating system to release the memory and get it back. Besides, you can close your Web browser, once it opens harmful Web pages and cannot run.
